2 African dwarf frogs could go well in there. They eat frozen worms and shrimps, like blood worms, black worms, brine shrimp, mysis shrimp among other things. Just thaw out the cube. I think your 2 frogs (If you get them) could eat 2 cubes a day! I have 4 frogs that eat 3 cubes a day!

Goldfish snack crackers would do very well in your tank.  I'd say maybe, 20 - 30?  They don't have too much of a bioload.
