I got a 3 on my AP Euro test. What are my chances now?

I studied a lot for this ap test and I got an A in the class.

There's seems to be no hope for me in getting into Berkeley or LA. I'm not doing well on my SAT's either. I'm taking sat classes, but my scores are not that high.Their are around 1700s or 1800s. I got my Chem SAT 2 score and got 580, but I have all A's since 9 and 10th grade.

I work very hard, but I think I don't have the brains or something.

All these failures are just bringing me down and down. I have no more hope. Please help cheer me up? What should I do? Should I keep pretending that I have a chance to get into Cal and LA?

I think you have a high chance of getting into UCB or UCLA, you SAT scores are pretty high, try to take the SAT in October again, usually you do a lot better on the second or third try. You SAT II score is high as well, remember if you want to get into a UC, you need to that Math II. I say you keep on doing what you've been doing, I think you have a high possibility of getting in. The score on your AP exam has no bearing on your acceptance to any school.  a 3 is the lowest score you can get and some schools won't give you credit unless you get a 4 or 5.  All depends on the school.
