I got a 30 day late as a result of a new $75 annual fee. The card had a zero balance for 3 years.?

The bills sent i threw out as i thought they were junk. Capital one sucks. Any recourse?

  1. Check to see if you signed anything about an annual fee.

    I would contact their customer service and explain the situation and hopefully they should take care of it.

    After that I would file a claim with the BBB.org.
