thats a SAT score of 1300 out of 2400....and the 7 is on the essay, which is counted in the writing section

i would recommend you take it again, with some SAT prep classes or something if your looking at getting into a pretty decent college.

decent colleges require a SAT score of at least 1600

theres no such thing as passing and failing the SAT, its just a matter of what the college you want to go to requires.
