I got a McDonalds interview this friday but I need to 2 refrences

I applied online for mcdonalds back in July and got a phone call today asking if I was still interested and an interview was scheduled for this coming Friday. The manager told me to bring 2 references but I cannot think of anybody that I can put down as references because I do not have work experience. The only reference's are teachers that i asked when school was still going on so they gave me the school number and ext. number but school is closed now for summer so they wont be there. What should I do?, I don't think I should go there and tell them I have no references. My parent know a bank manager and she met and talked to me a few times when I went with them should I ask her to be a reference?

I would also like to ask what questions they might ask in the interview and if wearing a golf shirt and jeans to the interview be ok?

If you've done any community service work for school, use the director of whatever you worked with as a reference.  Otherwise, keep the teachers.  They'll probably understand you having teachers as references since you are presumably still in high school.  The bank manager could work but since you haven't worked at the bank she would only be able to talk about your personality when she has talked to you.

Here's some possible questions: -Tell me about yourself

-What do you believe you can add for us?

-Why do you want to work here?

-Describe your academic performance

-What's the most exciting moment you've ever experienced?

The golf shirt would be OK, but don't wear jeans.  Wear dress pants or another kind of nicer pants.

friends numbers or cell phone numbers should be fine, they never call the numbers and when they do, they just ask if you worked there or if they know you, by law, former employers cannot reveal any opinions about a worker.
