I think that means you cannot resit the module, but I'm not 100% sure.

it means you failed!

there should be a guide to symbols on you results slip - maybe at the foot of the page or on the back. It could bmean lots of things - special consideration has been given, you were absent, you have sat the paper more than once and this is your highest grade. Different exam boards use different symbols.
