  1. I'm not sure how to spell it since it's French, but "leeshe" comes to mind.  According to a friend with a dachsund of that name, it means "little sh-t".  Might work for your critter!

  2. well bot or girl hammy for boy and hariot for girl they can eat lettece cherrios banana any fruit or veg really but not acidy fruits

  3. well maybe something like cocoa or brownie? i've never had a brown pet before...

  4. well if its brown i would go w/ names like brownie or chocolate or maby even cookie. and they can eat apple slices, lettice, raw brocclie pretty much anything green but make sure you give it to them washed w/ water (dont use sope tho lol) and give it too them in small peices. not only that but my hampster seems to like lettice alot.

  5. Choosing a name should be what you pick. First, you will want to find out what gender it is. That will change what you name it. Then you should study the hamster and watch what it does. Ex: if your hamster runs a lot, you can name it Speedy, and if your hamster is long haired, you can name it Fuzzy. Since it's brown, you can name it Brownie or Coco.

Don't feed them too many veggies. Try not to shock them too much. Give them a regular diet - like a commercial small animal mix - but supplement it with treats to give them some variety. Make sure as well that the food is still good to eat. Be sure that vegetables, bread, and other perishables aren't moldy or rotten. If there are bugs in their food, you can put it in the freezer for a half hour, and you can either pick out the bugs or give them to the hamster for a snack.
