you have a software issue.  i had that happened to me  when i tried to upgrade to a new os  had to install  serv  times before it workd  if the batery pull dont work try to find a link for device software upgrade or a redownload of the os

I think that means it has run out of power, plug it in to charge the battery.

try taking the battery out and then replacing it..or else take a trip to the link below, they usually have the answers..

ryt what u should do is need to flash it download its firmware from internet and flash it install the new software thru a usb cable what ever code the red screen states copy and google it
