  1. don't pop it, it acts like a cushion. your running shoes are probally too loose.


  2. It might hurt but once you pop it and put a band aid over it it won't hurt as much when you walk.

    The blister acts as a cover for your wound filled with fluids to help you. put a bandaid on it and let it be, it'll go away eventually.

  5. Make a small cut in it. Put peroxide on it and keep it dry! try not to wear socks or shoes when lounging. it needs to callouse.

  6. Ive gotten a few blisters from running shoes myself.  I always ask myself this same question, but the blister always pops on its own before I need to make that decision.  If that happens, throw on some neosporin and a bandaid.  It will be fine in no time.
