  3. No - the first one broke and the place you bought it from replaced it. Then the 2nd one broke - is the place giving you a hard time and also, what happened to them?

    If it's a design flaw, how is it the vendor's fault and why should you get a free camera if they have accommodated you?

    Is it a manufacturing defect or user mistake.

    Get your money back and get another brand/model.
