  1. contact you local county court, they can give you the information.


  2. It probably wouldn't hurt to check your credit report(s). It's supposed to be _completely_ free and without _any_ obligation of any kind at

    but it seems there's always something that can go wrong, so be careful.

    try experian i think, they a credit reference agency and or your local government office.

  4. And CCJ means what exactly?

    If it's a collections item...just have a look at your credit report. If you still don't know who they are ask the credit bureau to do a debt validation and that will tell you for sure.

  5. Its a County Court Judgment for debts unpaid Anjell!

    Have you got the name of the debt collection agency who chased you for the debt originally?  If so, they will be able to tell you. If not, give the courts a call. They will probabaly hold that information but be prepared to give evidence of your identity.
