Maybe the Gourmet Pizza Shoppe in CA?  If you haven't ordered from anyplace that would charge as the Gourmet Pizz, then you need to have your bank shut down your card and issue you a new one.  Contact the business in question to see if they will issue a refund, if not, your bank will handle it.
