I bank with bank of america. I got a chargeback on my account recently... for the second time this week. I started a business and accepted checks and money orders. I am now negative a few hundred (I make it sound pleasant haha). I have paper work where all my customers signed a contract and etc. Tracking information. I don't know what to do because I am negative and it will take a while to get the $200. The bank will not give me the information on the people who filed for chargebacks. How do I solve this. DONT SAY IM SCREWED!

  1. If it is a check that you cashed at your bank, they should be able to give you a photocopy of the check that came back....contact the person who wrote the check and let them know it came back as insufficient funds. If that doesn't get you anywhere and you feel you were scammed, take the copy of the check to the police department and file a police report...that is if this business of yours is legit....anyways, in the future, be leary of all checks and money orders that you recieve. not only do people bounce checks all the time, there are also alot of counterfeit checks and money orders out there so beware. Also, how about not accepting checks at all?
