I got a citation today.?

i got a citation today and went to the website on the back to pay for the fine. but am i suppose to wait a couple days because my citation isn't showing in there database.

Yeah, the meter maid/cop has to put their copy of the citation into the system which, since they usually type with one finger can take 48 hours or so.

Correct. You will need to wait until the citation shows up on the website.

Best thing also to do if you have not had a ticket in 12 months is to pay the fine and take the online course that will be offered so your insurance wont go up.
