  2. no u gatta register with ur usaboxing lbc

  3. get registered with USA Boxing first and then go to tournaments. you may be able to go as unattached but it will be much better for you if you go registered. although there isn't supposed to be biased it is only human nature that they will be biased against you if you aren't registered
