I got a couple questions about AR15 pistols?

I bought a AR pistol kit at a gun show and they forgot to give me a buffer and lock ring. Where can I order the parts that I need? I was thinking of getting the longer buffer tube and buffer kit(I heard they where more reliable than the shorter tubes). I also think I need a thinner lock ring. I don't know too much about putting this together either so any advice on that would help.

  1. Do you have a company name on the receipt, business card etc contact the seller and advise the kit was incomplete. The kit was incomplete or was it advertised as missing parts for an AR-15 pistol kit.

If they are reputable you will get the missing parts sent to you for free. You already paid for it didn't you?

  2. I would recommend you visit AR15.com.

They have tons and tons of info and resources for AR's including a dedicated pistol section.

You'll get more detailed info from the guys on the ARFCOM pistol board than you will here.

    Good luck

  3. Numrich Gun Parts should have any AR15 parts you need.  They are on the internet or pick up a copy of Shotgun News.  They have umpteen dozen ads for companys selling AR/M-16 parts.
