I. got a cramp on my leg while playing soccer and it hurt really bad that i couldnt stand it it still hurts ?

  2. I have heard you should be eating bananas before a game if you can also drink milk. Seems you might need calcium Did you try icing it and then a little heat to the cramp? That might ease it.Hope it feels better

  3. stretch out your leg. bend down to touch your feet, but on the ground, you know what i mean. make sure your foot is pointing towards you. TIP, before you do any sport, (especially swimming) eat a banana fer reals, its gonna help.(:
