I got a digital converter box for my T.V,l got all the channels but l lost ABC out of the blue,why?

I received every channel except ABC.It said no signal and just went black. It happened before,but it came back after a few hours. Now,it's has been a couple of days.What can l do?

  1. THE CONVERTER BOX MIGHT BE DEFECTIVE.TAKE IT BACK FOR A REPLACEMENT.I HAVE CABLE TV AND WE ALSO LOOSE ABC SOMETIMES.IT ALSO SAYS"NO SIGNAL".THEY WERE OFF THE AIR ALL DAY BUT CAME BACK ON LATER THAT EVENING.ITS YOUR CALL FRIEND.


  2. The pages below will let you compare the signal strength of your local stations.  Its a good bet you are in a weak spot for your local ABC station.  You can re-aim your antenna to favor the local ABC station, or you can install a better, higher antenna.

    On the other hand, it may be that your local station is working to improve things, raise their antenna, increase the power, by the transition date. If thats the case you can use the analog signal in the mean time.
