I got a failure to slow down/change lanes to a emergency vehicle ?

first thats way to broad a violation term and he said I didnt change lanes I couldnt traffic on my left made that impossible next he said didnt slow down 20 mph but I was slowing and he didnt record my speed so how does he know that I wasnt down that far or close to it

  1. It means you didnt get outta the way fast enough. there must have been more you coulda done (like change lanes to the RIGHT) or you had a cop that needed to write up some tickets, if you feel it was unfair, go to your court, where the cop that wrote you a ticket can further explain why you got one in front of a judge.  


  2. you're only recourse is going to court and fighting this charge.  Draw a picture for the judge.  This policeman doesn't like you a lot to make up all these conjectures.
