I got a fever blister in my mouth; how do i sooth it?

  1. Don't irritate it by touching it in anyway, and try to keep even food away from it. Also don't eat junk food, because that irritates it even more. Rinse your mouth with salt water or mouth wash, and if it's close enough to the opening of your mouth, there are special gels that you can use.


  2. Hello, fever blisters are in fact "Viral" and they will go away even if untreated with in 15 day's....If they don't you have some other issue other than a fever blister. Your DDS or your MD can give you an Rx for a medication pill to take that will speed up the healing process. Good luck and I wish you well.

  3. herpeeze available at most drugs stores. afterall cold sores and fever blisters are just a different symplex of the herpes virus, infact so is chicken pox. it will help with the pain and speed the healing.
