I got a finger piercing and it is red and swollen help me pls???

I just got a finger piercing like almost 2 weeks ago, and now it is like red and swollen there is no pus and it does not hurt unless i put pressure on it is it infected or just swollen??

What should i do 2 make it go down??

use some salt water.. 3 times a day
