Yes you can use it, but only if you're 12 years old or younger.

You can use it alright.

  But you are limited to the "lunchable" sponsored rides. Meaning you can only ride the spinning banana and the slower-coasters.

  Also they make you wear a big pink triangle so that you can't sneak onto any good rides.  My sister had to do that last year, and the animal characters kept laughing at her.
