  1. My ex is in jail for that.  He's only 17 so I don't know how the h**l that works though.  I thought he had to be 18 to get in trouble.  His girlfriend was 14 too oddly enough.  It's still consider statutory rape.

  2. She is below the legal age of consent, you are over 2 years older. That is totally illegal and they have every right to press charges for you violating their minor daughter. You could very well be labeled as a rapist and child molester. Since a 14 year old can't give consent, it is rape. Sorry.

Keep it in your pants and don't date younger girls.

  3. I began to date my husband when I was 14 and he was 17. I honestly don't see the courts doing anything about this. The parent's lawyer will most likely tell them not to waste their money. They're just mad right now and would rather put you as the bad guy instead of looking at their daughter's mistakes.

Hopefully they'll get over it. Just take care of your girlfriend and the baby. They have to come first now.

  4. If they said the word "sue", they're not talking about criminal charges. You don't "sue" to put someone in jail.

They are probably talking about establishing your paternity and filing against you for child support. Both of which they'll get. First your DNA, and then your money. For the next 19 years.

  5. Any one can sue anyone for anything so be prepared.

  6. Awwm Yes they can sue espeacially if they have a really good lawyer youre gonna neeed one 2 espeacially if theyre gonna sue. Well @ least youre not 18 it would BE A LOT WORSE!!!

  7. Your avatar is creeping me the f out.

WHAT THE HEL* WERE YOU THINKING?

  8. Sorry this probably wont help but:

They probably can sue, which is COMPLETELY stupid. Unless you really did rape her it was just as much her fault as it is yours. I hate how people are like this nowadays, i dont like this so sue and get money and make problems go away. WRONG.

And if they do sue you, you are 17 (even if by the time tthey sue your 18 you did the deed when 17 so yeah) so they cant get much money from you if they win.

But then again this is the USA if they win you might be totally screwed. Sorry.

  9. Sue you for what?  You are not 18.  Maybe sue you for child support when you are 18, but that is all I can think of.

  10. um.. 3 years difference that's not statutory rape, they can't sue, just get your priorities in order and own up to your child, regardless of how the relationship goes, be mature and love your child. Thats the grown up thing to do.

sorry, in canada the age of consent for s*x is 14

  11. I highly doubt the judge would try you has an adult. In order for them to be able to "sue" you would have to be 18 at the time of the crime. So I believe they are just talking, but I hope that maybe next time you plan on hoping into bed you are married to the girl it would save you a ton of greif if you would just wait like God intended.

  12. This is part her fault too. Then again you are going to be 18 soon.

  13. yes they can. legal age of consent is 16 she's under it and your over it. its illegal.

    quick question

didnt you answer a question like an hour ago about a 15 year old or something dating an older guy and you said that he was a pedophile and what not. but yet your doing the same? you have no place to talk if that was you. but like i said i dont know if that was you. but your pic looks the same

  14. Sounds like you screwed up....But lets put things in prespective, you screwed your future, her future, and the family is upset and have all rights to be.  You need to get her fixed or suggest she gets fixed, if your not ready for a child, since your a chld yourself.  Have her parents get her help and get it fixed.  I don't mean to sound so rude, but she's a baby having a baby.  Then tell her go on some birth control or just don't have s*x.

I suggest fix it get her to the hospital, don't ruin both your lives over a mistake you both made.  They have medication that they can give her after a abortion that will erase her memory about the procedure. Life has so much more to live for, locking yourself up with a child is not the way.

When you both get through the procedure, then you make real life goals to find yourself a real life....college, a real job, Mc Donalds is not a real job....

Get a move on, suggest getting it fixed, explain you made a mistake both of you, but you don't want to be tied down with a child, I want more, I want to explore my goals my dreams and explain you know she wants more then to be a mom at 14.

    good luck

  15. Depending on where you live. yes they can press charges. In canada however they cannot, i know this because my sister got pregnant at 14 with a 17 year old ( who was 18 when they found out she was pregnant) my mom had tried to press charges and the police said that 14 is the age of consent and since they had been dating they cant do anything unless she charged him herself. I suggest that you do what the first answer had said own up to this baby. good luck and i wish you the best luck.

  16. In most places this is statutory rape how ever i would talk to the parents even if it  means writing a letter just to let them know that you will help her with the baby etc......

I'm sure you'l will be fine, at least i hope so as i know you cant help who ya like however you did mess up but the only importent thing now is the baby! focus on that before everything else as he/she wil be the only 1 truly geting hurt here!!!

good luck and i hope it works out!!!

  17. hm mm u got me right their it depends if it was a one night stand maybe i mean if its a blind date and one night stand then yes they can because u and her don't know each other

  18. It's a s*x offender or pedophile. When they win the case you'll be marked as a s*x offender, so that little red box will appear over your house on the registry of s*x offenders and you'll never be able to work in a capacity that comes into direct contact with children.

But it's a little late for you to learn your lesson, isn't it?

  19. Both of you aren't legal...so I don't see how this would be against the law
