790 math and 480 verbal is very good score to get admission with scholarship.

But, you will have to spend sometime trying to get right universities to apply. With good Statement of purpose, Recommendation letter and Resume, you will be able to get admission with scholarship and Visa.

Start talking to your seniors in U.S. and also other friends who are preparing to apply for U.S. with same score range.

i would advise you to contact a career counsellor or educational student advisor.... with your excellent quantitative score, average verbal and very low analytical writing scores you may infact be destined for an engineering degree or diploma... financial aid would depend upon whether you are a US citizen or not. GRE scores are not the only consideration for scholarships, perhaps more important are undergraduate GPA. you might want to consider drastically improving your writing score to improve your admission prospects into a decent uni. and try to improve on your verbal aswell.
