  1. I think I had something similar. It hurt for months and couldn't rotate the arm properly. But then I went to summer vacation. Best thing you can do is go swimming! I couldn't swim (don't know the name of the swimming style in english) raising my arms above my head but could only do the style keeping them low and spreading them. But after a week or two I could raise the arm and later swim like normal. Swimming really helped. Probably not to do it right away but after you injury calms down.

The problem is that one tendon in that joint stayed in the wrong place so after a few months playin it hurts again. But I avoid surgery as the doctor said the rehabilitation is a few months long. It has been years since then and I play like this. Only I noticed it affects my tackling - after a few games, if I hit em hard, then it starts to hurt and then I dont hit em so hard :(

  2. This? Waddat?

  3. Yeah, I play outside center and had a fatty prop land on me sideways and had the same, it's a  real pain, but shouldn't limit you too badly after a few weeeks.
