  2. I want to f**t in their face

  3. A customer wants to feel like a welcomed guests.  It's also really important to remember the repeat customers and find out where they prefer sitting.

  4. As long as you are warm & friendly & prompt in seating them. (If they want to sit elsewhere from where you want them too,try to accomodate them. Remember, you are the first person they see (first impression of their experiance there)& the last  person they see when they leave. (if you are also the cashier)

  5. A nice smile would be great.

  6. With a smile and a "Hello, how are you?"

  7. Customers want to feel like the restaurant is grateful for the business and happy to serve us. The first impression starts with the host/hostess. If they give an attitude like the customer is an annoyance to them and/or the restaurant, the whole experience can be ruined.

  8. i am a hostess....i think they like to feel like their busines is wanted an they want to be treated nice....make sure to start conversation with them!!!

  9. i want a sincere yet professional greet. i don't want to see playing or goofing around or a casual "smoking or non?" tossed at me. i want to feel as though the host is friendly, courteous and competent.

  10. I want to feel as if I am the only customer the restaurant is going to have for the night and they have been waiting for me to come through that door.

  11. I want to feel my business is valued and my presence is welcomed.
