i got a laptop with windows vista on it. about a year old. was hooked up to internet through my router, about 3 months ago it started to get slow and to get popups.. at this point, i cant even get online, wont even recognize that the router is there. i guess i just wanna know how i can restore the original settings and start from scratch because i have no idea what else i can do.
