i got a letter from people to people saying that i have been chosen to go to australia. and so i went on the website and looked around and it said that you had to like have letters of recommendation and have an interview. i did none of that all i got was the letter.

how did they get my name? how much does it cost to go to australia? because i got the letter does that mean i'm automatically going on the trip (if i go to the meeting and come up with the money of course!)

  1. Your question does not give enough details for an intelligent answer.

  2. Ahh! P2P was AMAZING. I went to their Australia trip. Sadly, it was around 6 thousand dollars total. If you got the letter, it doesn't mean you're automatically accepted. You need to first go to the 1st meeting, get all of the info. Then, send in a deposit and application. Then after that, go to an interview and whatnot, and if they pick you, then you can go! (if you come up with the money, of course). That trip was one of the BEST experiences of my entire life.

  3. i got tht my summer going into 7th grade. i went to australia and it waas well worth it. my cost was 4957 for 2 weeks. and no tht doesnt mean u HAVE to go, only if u want.

it is deff. worth it. its amazing and beautiful down there. you should go!!!

ask family members to help u with money. i asked my unle for $ and he gave me 2500!

  4. a teacher probably recomended

but i dont think its worth it

    about $5000

  5. I agree with the first girl.

  6. I got one of these and It is for Europe next summer. teachers reccomend you and the cost is a couple of grand but there are many fundraisers and I am going

  7. sounds like a hoax

  8. It sounds to me like it could easily be a scam.  Before you give anyone's contact information you should thoroughly check things out.  You don't want to be responsible for helping someone scam them also.

If it were me, I would throw the letter away.  When you receive a letter offering you a sweet deal there is always a catch.  If you choose to look into it just remember not to give anyone your bank account or credit card number as well as your social security number.

    Good luck!
