If you got a letter very recently, it said the date the rebate would be mailed by - you should get it within a week of that date.

If you are talking about the letter you got in March, it didn't say you WERE getting a rebate, it said "you MAY BE entitled to a payment ..."

It depends on whether or not you had a direct deposit on your tax refund or not. It also depends on the last two numbers of your social. Go to www.irs.gov they have a tool right on the front page to let you know EXACTLY when you will be recieving your economic stimulus check....hope that helps...
