I got a meeting with a girl from facebook. Seen several pictures and she puts on her webcam for me from time to time. But i am quite experienced with computers and i know you can fake a webcam stream using a downloaded video, and you can also fake pictures.

It could be a 40 year old freak kidnapping me. So yeah, she's coming over next week using the train and i'll be waiting at the train station. How to protect myself just in case it'd be a freaking weirdo?

  1. well, by the phrase "It could be a 40 year old freak kidnapping me" I'll assume that you're pretty young.

Bring a friend and depending on how young you are, bring a parent.

  2. Bring a trusted friend with you and suggest she do the same.

Get her whole name, look her up on Intelius (it's worth the money) You can tell a weirdo if they won't give you their name; and be prepared to give her YOURS. If she's legit, chances are she's just as nervous as you.

  3. If your waiting for her at the train station , theres going to alot of other people too . So i doubt your going to get kidnapped in the middle of a busy train station . I highly doubt this , take a look at her facebook wall , are other kids writting on her wall ? how many friends does she have ...and if you talk to her on webcam ...does her actions relate to the talk itself? and does she look the same on webcam as she does on photo ??

    Thanks ...

And - TELL Her to bring a friend , and tell her you'll bring a friend too . it'll be alot less awkward and more fun!

  4. When meeting someone you met on the Internet -

    1. Always meet in a public place.

    2. Tell your family and Friends where you are going, and who you are meeting, do not keep it a secret!

    3. It's a good idea to bring a friend.

Good luck and please be safe, you never know who is going to show up.

  5. Not much you can do if you showed her photos of you.

Oh, and I suggest you bring a taser gun with you just in case.
