I got a new Drac.Marginata plant 10 days back but it is drying and dying someone please guide me it.?

May be temprature is not suitable for it or i feeded it with Miracle gro sticks,or may be overwatered,i have no idea but i want to save that,please suggest me. All new leaves are dried and old ones are drying too.

toooooooo much miracle gro, or maybe your plant do not need miracle gro,think about that now......i've stopped using this stuff on my plant a long time ago,same thing used to happed to my plants,and since I stop  using all these stuff my plants are better off...
