I got a new MP830 copier on 4/22/08. I didn't open it until August 2008. I have an MP830 at my office and I have loaded ink wells before. When I had the ink wells all loaded in the new copier and all their lights were lighted I lowered the lid Paper Output Tray. The LED said there was a problem, so I raised the tray and the ink tanks started to move toward the center so they could be serviced. The copier made a loud screaching sound and the ink trays stopped before they were exposed and I could check them. The ink tank tray will move back into the copier, but when the tray is raised, the machine makes the same loud noise and stops every time.HELP.
