I got a new lovebird a week ago and she bites.. alot. what to do?

So today i got her wings clipped and i went to get her out of the cage using a towl.. she bit me it seemed like every chance she got and very hard too! I wasnt holding her too tightly or anything.. and when i got her home i waited an hour and then let her out of her cage and she bit me then too. I even tried putting on leather gloves and then spraying some of the no biting spray for birds on it and she still bit the gloves.. i want to know how to stop her from biting me and just be a nice bird

1 week ago?  That's it?  It can take up to a year to gain an older bird's trust.  Keep socializing her every day.  Don't start trying to handle her until later on.  It's sort of like a guy trying to kiss a girl on the first date.  LOL.  I'm sure that she'll adapt to you sooner or later.
