I got a new razor v3i phone and I can't receive mms?

My old phone was free when I had set up my account and I had no problems receiving video messages. Now that I had spend hundreds of dollars on a new phone it won't work. Also everytime I get a voice mail I get a text telling me I got a voice mail... why?

I think you will need to talk to your network operator again. Each phone requires new settings for sending/receiving MMS, which only the network operators can provide. Also you must chech with them if the service is active on your phone or not.

Regarding getting text messages telling about new voice mail, I think that again depends on the settings of the network operator. Most of them now send out text messages to indicate new voice mails.
