  1. I have no clue. It would depend on who and where you received the ticket. Most municipalities do not offer a discount though some universities may offer a discount...

    It can double or triple if you do not pay it though...and sometimes they can place a hold on your registration papers too.


  2. If it was true, it would say it on the ticket.

  3. Usually if you go in/ schedule a meeting with them and say something to the effect that you are sorry and such. And say you can't afford it. Then they usually cut you a break and give you a discount. I have done this with my speeding tickets and everytime they gave me a discount and got it off my record.
