I got a partially sprained wrist 2 weeks ago its better but my wrist still herts when i bicep curl?

2 weeks ago i got a minor wrist sprain from football. In about 1 week there was no pain at all but when i tried to bicep curl the bone in my wrist herts any help?

  1. Simple,

    If it really hurts, stop doing bicep curls and wait until it heals completely. You may also want to do more stretching. Put some ice in it to relieve pain.  


  2. When you receive an injury there is still some damage even though ou may not have any pain.  Your ligaments and tendons are not yet strong enough to support a weight.  

    Try using a wrist brace while lifting weights and begin to exercise your wrist with rice filled bags or bean bags.  

    It will take time for your injury to completely heal until then take it easy and if something causes pain do not continue as you will risk re-injuring your wrist.
