I got a perm 2 nights ago...?

and it's frizzy but not that much. right now i'm using john frieda frizz ease dream curls spray and the green sunsilk gel and cream twist. is there any other hair products out there that wouldn't make my hair poof up and frizz and not make it crunchy?
