I got a phone!!!! i need help tho :(?

i got a phone hooked up back at tha 1st of March..... they told me it would start working tha 26th of March and it still is not working :( i checked it online and now it says it wont work until April 23...... What should I do bout this???

it appears that there is a cable failure in your area... no more spare lines going from the terminal back to the central office, and they need the additional time to repair existing deflective pairs, or do a cable throw, and install new phone cables outside...

you can call to check the status...

normally it should not take as long as you stated for this to occur..

contact the telephone company, and find out what is taking so long, and advise them that you intend to contact the public service commission (public utility commission)

after calling the teleco, then get on the phone, or file a PSC/PUC complaint with your states PSC/PUC.

Wait until April 23rd and see if there is another delay. If there is, then call the company. If there isn't, then enjoy. If you feel very concerned, then call the phone company now.

call the phone company and ask for a manager and ask the what is taking so long and see if he or she can move up the date for you.
