Well if you don't mind it being a little stretched, then open it up in a graphic program (such as Adobe Photoshop or Graphic Converter) and re-size the image to 50x50. Or if you would prefer it no to be stretched, crop the image until it is 280x280 and then re-size the image to 50x50.

Open the image in a graphics program and resize it.

On Mac, open the image in Preview. Go to Tools > Adjust Size , and adjust the numerical size parameters to under 50x50.

Whatever graphics program you use in Windows will do the same thing one you find the option to resize the image.
