I got a piece of glass stuck in my finger (i think)

Question

its sore whenever i touch the tip but i can't see a piece of glass or feel it. It happened last night.

What do you think?

your body will push it out on its own. if not see a doctor. or try tweezers.

hard to tell with these things. soak your finger and it mite come out. I once got a peice of plastic stuck in my foot, i thought it had come out and  it came out after the weekend i went camping

it may be a splinter of glass.

these are very hard to detect, but you can if you go under a lamp and use a magnifying glass. tilt your hand around so the light catches it and causes a sparkle. then, remove it with a tweezers. this has happened to em last week, and my grandma helped me get it out using this method. i hope you get it out, good luck =]

it could be stuck in there. give it some time it'll probally eventually push itself out and if it doesnt get a needle and use the tip to try to find it and pick it out

If it is a piece of  glass it will eventually work its way out. If the area gets very red and swollen see your doctor.

if you can handle the pain sterilize some tweezers and dig... if not see a doc

ow! i would cut my nail depending how deep or how far it is in the nail. If its too deep, just wrap it in something soft so if you hiw it, it wont hurt.

put your finger in cold water for a few minutes then touch it if you feel something inside its glass

You should urinate on it - no kidding I'm serious as h**l!

The pain should decrease as so the swelling.

Then if that doesn't help, you should try to get it out with a needle - then if that fails, go to the doctors.

put ice on your finger so you can't feel it

heat the tip of tweesers

and try to get the glass out

like, did something break and you touched it?

uh if you cant feel it or see it i dont think you have a peice of glass in your finger but if it hurts maybe a splinter or bug bite probably
