  1. If its shiny then it might be hacked or they a shiny growlithe my mistake and caught it. The Japanese name doesn't mean anything expect for its traded from someone in Japan i have a Lugia and Latios with Japanese names and i can't seem to find the name deleter where you can remove names and give it new ones.

  2. If it has a japanese name then it was traded from a japanese copy of the game. It might be hacked if it was shiny. Also you cant change the name if you got it in a trade or migrated it from the pal park. You can tell if it was hacked if it was not caught in a legit location for an arcanine.

  3. Did you recieve this pokemon from a trade? its probably just a pokemon from somebodies japanese copy of pokemon.

  4. if it was a shiny then it might have been

the japanese name doesn't really mean anything apart it probably had been traded before by someone who lives in japan.
