I got a positive test! my last period was july 18. do you think the doctor can see the baby through the ultra?

I have always had a vaginal ultrasound on my 1st visit, and this will detect the baby.

if he does its a tiny little dot.

they may not pick up a fetal pole or heart beat right at this point.. and it will make you nervous for nothing.. id wait a couple of weeks.

no because you would of ovulated 14 days after the 18th which makes you a few weeks pregnant its impossible to see anything until at least 6 weeks pregnant

I don't think so, they wait til I am 20 weeks it's suck but it's depend on your doctor will give you early or not. Congrats on your pregnant! maybe they will hear the heartbeat who know?

yes they will be able to see the baby through the ultrasound - but it might be so small it will just look like a little dot or kidney bean in your uterus.  They might not do an early ultrasound since you already know when your last period was... but if you ask i bet they will do one if you want one!

And at 10-12 weeks you get to hear the heartbeat for the first time - FUN!!

My baby was only 6wks 3days any we saw her as a tiny dot with a heart beat.

Its probably still too little.
