Ok well i am short!!And like from my stomach up i am small and everything,but my hips and legs are REALLY curvy?

Is that normal? Cause like my shirt size is different then my jean size. And i hate wearing skinny jeans because i look fat but i like skinny jeans...

P.S: i have been trying to lose weight on my hips but nothing works?:(

    The body works in funky ways!  Plus, curves are greattt.  hehe.

    I don't see why it would be abnormal.  Just as long as you don't have any health problems!


  2. I am exactly the same!

    Well kind of, my top half is normal size (Size 8)

    But my legs make me realllly short (5"1 and smallest in my class at school)

    My hips are really curvy though so it looks quite weird, but i live in skinny jeans!

    I've learnt that everyone is a different size (Don't believe me? Then go to your local swimming pool, seriously it's hard to find any ones body's that look the same)

    But i love the fact that i'm small, it's what makes me different from everyone else, plus at concerts people let me stand at the front xD

    Anyway, back to the point, wear whatever you want to wear, it's your body and your life :)


  3. That's just how you were born, babe. Dont worry about it too much, hips are good. I really love a nice set of hips on a girl, especially a short girl! Don't be shy about it, a lot of guys (whether they want to admit it or not) like that, so enjoy it!

  5. you're not supposed to match those sizes to have a great body.

    If you really like wearing skinny jeans, maybe you should try longer tops with them. they will minimize the size of you hips.

    I don't think it's abnormal to have a lower body larger than you upper body. you could probably find examples in your family. it's probably inherited as some one else just said. try to accept it, that's what makes people unique.

    anyway, if it's really bugging you you could try slimming those areas down by doing special workouts.

  6. that is perfectly normal. our body shapes are usually genetic so chances are that if you lose weight, it will come off of your already slim torso. its inherited. you can do excercises to tone your hips and thighs but you cant target weightloss. hope this helps! good luck!
