ok i live in canada and i was hoping if theres an online coarse that will help me upgrade my english and math to grade 12 to help my prepare for collage.

These courses exist.  You need to find one for your province.  You could ask a high school guidance counsellor, even if you aren't going to school at the moment, or you could do an on-line search for "[your province] on-line course English OR math".  I tried it for Ontario and got a bunch of hits, including the Ontario government's e-Learing Ontario web site (http://www.elearningontario.ca/eng/cours...
