I got a random phone call question can anyone help?

Okay this dude a girl is calling me. I say "Hello?" The person on the line just breaths.......then hangs up. Whats the code you can put in and call the person that called you? Is it like * - 6 -9???? Cause I want to tell that person if he or she wants to rob me I dare them too. See I am home alone basically every day and I am 16 years old. I like to sleep, but that person I guess wants to see if someone is home. Of course if I do that anything is possible after that. I know for a fact its not my friend because I don't give out my number cause I got the internet. But I do not know who it is and I reallllllllly want to find out and provoke em. Alll I want to do is SLEEEEEP until 10 am that is......

Do not say like oooooo he could be a dangerous person, I know the risks. I am just ANNOYED. So I just maybe say that or just breath into the phone and hang up and do that about 4 or 5 times see how that person likes it. So please whats the code and I do not have caller I D ...... Thanks for the help if u do help that is.....

yes the code is *69. Just remember you maybe charged by ur phone company.

if u want to sleep till 10am and this is not a cell phone why not just put the phone's ringer in the off position or disconnect the phone.

answered it yourself dude lol...it's *69 .......and btw, you can press *67 before you call to block your number it'll show as "unknown name" but sometimes people have those blocked so you can't do it
