I got a rash from the metal on my belt but?

It used to be all red with a lot of bumps but I then put nail polish on the metal and used cortizone 10 creme to stop it from itching, but that was a few months ago, I have no rash but now all over where the rash was is dark brown. It looks like a big birthmark. Is there an ointment to make it go back to normal or is this going to stay there?

everyone i know that is allergic to metal..their rash mark never stays.

ITS PROBLY AN ALLERGIC REACTION TO NICKLE. TRY PREDNISONE. ITS A STEROID YOUR DOCTOR WOULD HAVE TO PRESCRIBE.
