I was running after a workout, and i was at 1.95 in distance, almost 2 miles, and i just wanted to finish the last mile, but i had this side stitch on the right side right above the waist. It still hurts, 2 days later, same spot. Only when it stretches, is pushed on, and anything else that moves it. What is the problem? I want to workout later today, but I'm not sure if that's a good idea...neither would be running after the workout?
