  1. You should remain inside the schengen zone, so if you are visiting just the countries you listed, then you are ok, the single entry visa will do it.

  2. Yes you may - they are all Schengen countries.  As long as you entered on a valid visa and you are still in status, then you may travel freely within the Schengen Zone.

  3. Your question is a bit strange....When applying for a schengen visa, you should've/would've provided an itinerary already to the embassy.  Generally, you are expected to follow that itenerary....so if you are changing your route, you need to consult back w/the embassy.

  4. yes, you can but if you go out of the EU countries you should apply again.

  5. Yes, they are all Schengen and EU countries. You will not need a multiple entry visa.

    France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands decided in 1985 to create a territory without internal borders. ..so you will not be leaving this territory.
