  1. Some states that's only decided after you plea. If you plea innocent (which I'm guessing you would) you would go before a judge who would then decide the fine.

  2. You'll find out after you go to court.  Some states differ on price

  3. The ticket should have a phone number on it. Simply call and ask how much it is.

  4. The ones that don't have an amount usually mean you have to go to court to settle it . They usually do that when you excede a lot over the limit. Or your on probation already.

  5. i don't know what area you're in, but i'm in louisiana, and if i get a ticket i call the clerks office and pay over the phone, or go to the parish website, and pay online. it's usually easier (especially, if you know you were in the wrong) than sitting in court all day.

  6. if this a speed camera you usually get a notice demanding to know who the driver was,,this form tells you next to nothing,,,if you return it saying you were the driver you will receive another form saying"wait for it"we now have evidence(your admission)that you were the driver when this offence occured.this form will have all the details on and also advise you that you can can demand the photos from the camera, you can then demand all the information u require from the FPT office who issued the ticket..

speeding tickets are usually £60.00 and 3 points on licence if it can be dealt with as a first offence,if you have been caught before then you will have to go to court as it cannot be dealt with by a ticket if you already have points on your licence

  7. If you are going to plea guilty, call the clerks office, and they will give you a "bail" amount, that will pay for the ticket. If you fight, they might reduce it if you convince them, or charge you extra for court costs if you dont convince them properly. Depends on your local jurisdiction.

  8. Just go to your states department of motor vehicles web site and many of them will have it posted there.
