  1. Not a chance in heck on the race issue.

On the location if it is across town then you might take it to court and try to show he was not diligent and made stupid blunders on the ticket so he could have made them in his judgement of your violation.

BUT.. the bottom line here is that, if you were speeding,..then you got caugt.  Cowboy (girl) up ,,.accept that.. pay the fine.. learn from your mstakes and move on rather then try to deny it by finding an excuse to fight it.

    ok...?

  2. Don´t make an **** of your self, you know what you have done, so pay up, (every time). We know how nice we are!.

  3. No? You HAVING the ticket is evidence something occured resulting in you being ticketed. Your race and where he wrote down it took place isn't even an issue.

  4. Are you Hispanic? Are you saying he was being racial? Or are you saying he screwed up and you are not Hispanic? Either way I doubt the Judge will see that as a reason to throw the fact that you were speeding out of court. Same goes for the location. But you never know its worth a shot.

  5. This is very simple..............NO and NO........................

  6. You going in and fighting it alone not a chance BUT with a good lawyer yes it can be beat.

  7. I am certain that an attorney will tell you, "It depends."  And they will charge you a lot of money to tell you that.

Tickets have gotten thrown out for being inaccurate in the past, so, yes it is possible.

My question is this.  Were you speeding?

If you were please pay the fine, and take it easy on all of us the next time.

I imagine that you have not ever rolled up on an accident with fatalities.  If you ever had then you would be probably not speeding anymore ever again.

Hey, whatever your decision, good luck and drive safely.

  8. doubt it
